Instructor Bio
Cindy has been hooking rugs since 1983. She is a certified McGown teacher, holds classes in her home, and is a traveling teacher. Cindy is a juried member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen. She is a proud member of the Celebration Rug Hooking Hall of Fame.
