MAFA Update July/August 2025

MAFA 2025 is now in the rear view mirror! MAFA Virtual classes, lectures, and movie nights will take a little Summer vacation, but Book Group is still on the schedule in July. All virtual activities will return in September, and class registration is open now.

We have posted the first two videos from conference events. Find links to the Opening Session/Keynote/Fashion Show and the Open Studio Tour here: mafafiber.org/conferences/mafa2025/. NOTE: the keynote address will only be available on the recording through August 10th.

In a few weeks we will have more videos with tours of the exhibits and classrooms, plus eBooks of the Fashion and Fiber Art exhibits, and a bit later this Summer we will have entries from the towel exchange and textiles exhibit added to the MAFA Sample Database. Look for a quick email when all those are ready.
