Complex Weavers

Complex Weavers aims to expand the boundaries of handweaving, encourage weavers to develop their own creative styles, inspire through research, documentation, and the sharing of innovative ideas and information with fellow weavers through study groups, seminars, quarterly journal and biennial exhibition.

Handweavers Guild of America

HGA is an international membership association created to encourage excellence, inspire creativity, and preserve fiber arts traditions through education and community. HGA produces a quarterly magazine, Shuttle Spindle & Dyepot; a biennial international fiber arts conference, Convergence; an annual juried exhibition of small fiber artworks, Small Expressions; and additional opportunities for artists including grants, scholarships, and certification programs in handweaving, handspinning, dyeing, and basket making.
