Individuals who are not members of a MAFA-affiliated guild, and interested commercial enterprises, institutions, organizations, and schools are invited to become “associate” members to show their support for MAFA’s goals.
This membership entitles individuals to register for MAFA conferences at the same time and same price as MAFA guild members. Associate members may attend Representative Assemblies, but are not entitled to a vote.
Associate membership dues for the 2024-2026 membership period are $25.
Young Adult Associate membership dues are FREE for those 25 years old or younger at the time of joining or renewing (with a copy of your ID.)
- 2024 Associate renewals are due on October 1, 2024.
- Associates who have not renewed by October 31, 2024 will lose membership privileges.
- Please complete the application form below to apply for or renew your Associate Membership.
- Be sure to complete all required fields noted with a Required note or the form will not submit.
- You will be emailed a copy of your application for your records.
- You may pay by PayPal or Zelle (electronic payment preferred), or by mailing a check.
- PayPal is linked directly from the form. Please note your payment is for Associate Dues and your name or organization name.

- Mailing instructions will be sent in your email confirmation. Please do NOT mail a copy of your application with your check.
