Instructions to join and/or renew memberships online:
- 2024 guild renewals are due on October 1, 2024.
- Guilds who have not renewed by October 31, 2024 will lose membership privileges.
- If you are a new guild wishing to join MAFA before the form is open, please email the Membership Chair at membership@mafafiber.org.
- Please complete and submit the form below to renew your guild membership or join MAFA.
- Be sure to complete all required fields noted with a Required note or the form will not submit.
- You will be emailed a copy of your application for your records.
- You may pay by PayPal or Zelle (electronic payment preferred), or by mailing a check.
- PayPal is linked directly from the form. Please note your payment is for Dues and your guild name.
- For Zelle, send your payment to treasurer@mafafiber.org. Please note your payment is for Dues and your guild name.
- Mailing instructions will be sent in your email confirmation. Please do NOT mail a copy of your application with your check.
Please be sure to submit the online form for our database, even if paying by Zelle or mailing a check!
Guild dues are based on guild membership size. For 2024-2026, guild dues are:
- 25 or fewer members: $30
- 26-50 members: $60
- 51-100 members: $100
- 101-150 members: $150
- 151-200 members: $200
- 201 or more members: $250
