Cindy will teach to various levels assisted by award winning rug hooking teacher Marty Liptak. In this workshop, you will design your own 14″ x 14″ pattern using stencils of weathervanes and designing a geometric background. You will use wool from a recycled Amish rug hooker’s stash, inlcuding black wool from women’s capes and men’s pants. All levels are welcome.

Instructor Bio
Cindy Irwin has been hooking rugs since 1983. She is a certified McGown teacher, holds classes in her home, and is a traveling teacher. Cindy is a juried member of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen, and a proud member of the Celebration Rug Hooking Hall of Fame.
