It is just over two months to MAFA 2025! There is still time to register for a workshop or weekend class at MAFA 2025, or make plans to come visit us for a day.
22 workshops are still open, and we are waiving the $50 late fee! Here is a list of all open workshops on the Workshops page. You can also filter by instructor, topic, or equipment needed. Especially if you want to come to the conference and not bring a loom or wheel with you, check out the “No Equipment” workshops.
You need a Fiber Getaway! Come for the day or stay overnight. Details below. Weekend Classes still have spaces – we may be able to take walk-ins at the conference. But to be sure of a spot, register now.
Fellowship Applications are now due by May 15! Conference Fellowships provide a cash award to a participant who will pass on learning from the conference within the MAFA region. Find details and the application form on the MAFA website HERE.
Volunteers, the signup form to help out at the conference will open April 16th. Find info and the link HERE.

- Entry forms for all Exhibits, Towel Exchange, and Spinning Games are open now
- May 15: Deadline to submit a Conference Fellowship application
- May 15: Deadline for Workshop and Housing Registration
- May 15: Deadline for Conference Advertisements
- May 15: Deadline to enter the Fashion, Textiles, and Fiber Art exhibits
- June 13: Weekend Classes registration closes (if spaces are open we may take walk-ins)
- June 13: Deadline to sign up for Spinning Games
- June 13: Deadline to enter the Towel Exchange
