If you have been approved as a 2025 vendor, please use this form to make payment for the booth space or page for which you have been accepted.
Electronic payment is preferred. You may pay online by PayPal, credit/debit, and Zelle.
- PayPal or credit/debit card are linked directly to the form.
- For Zelle, please send your payment to treasurer@mafafiber.org. Note your payment is for Vendor Booth and your business name.
- If you must mail a check, mailing instructions will be sent in your email confirmation.
The deadline for Vendor Booth payments is December 31, 2024. For vendors approved later, their due date will be 30 days after notification of acceptance.
