Your application or renewal form has been submitted to the MAFA Membership Chair.
If you have any questions, please email membership@mafafiber.org. You will receive confirmation of your membership once we have processed your application.
If you paid online, you should receive a separate confirmation from PayPal.
If you are paying by Zelle, please send your payment to treasurer@mafafiber.org, being sure to note your payment is for Guild or Associate Dues and your name.
If you are paying by check we do NOT need a mailed copy of your form. Please write your check to MidAtlantic Fiber Association and mail it to the address on your confirmation email.
Guild dues are based on guild membership size. For 2024-2026 guild dues are:
- 25 or fewer members: $30
- 26-50 members: $60
- 51-100 members: $100
- 101-150 members: $150
- 151-200 members: $200
- 201 or more members: $250
Associate dues for 2024-2026 are: $25
