Contact Us if you need assistance after reading the handouts:

• Ask a MAFA Committee/Board Member with red badge holder.
• Email the Help Desk at help@mafafiber.org.
• Text the hotline: 717-876-8373 (We will not be able to answer calls, but if you text your issue and phone number we will call you back ASAP between 7 am and 10 pm. Remember we are all volunteers – please give us time to find a solution and get back to you.)
• If you have problems with your dorm room, your first stop should be the dorm check-in desk in each first floor lobby to alert Millersville University. If you can’t reach someone there, text the hotline.
