We are accepting vendor applications for the vendor hall at the MAFA 2025 Conference to be held Thursday, June 26 through Sunday June 29, 2025 at Millersville University in Millersville, PA (near Lancaster). To apply, please scroll down and submit the application form.

We are looking for vendors selling yarn, fiber, tools, equipment and other items that complement the weaving, spinning, dyeing, felting, and other courses taught during the conference. The full list of workshops will be posted mid-September 2024.

MAFA 2025 Marketplace Hours

Application Schedule – Important Dates:

  • Application form opens August 5, 2024
  • Application deadline November 15, 2024 (after the deadline, late vendor applications will be reviewed and approved as space permits until April 4, 2025)
  • Acceptances will go out on or before December 1, 2024
  • Vendor Booth payments will be due December 31, 2024 (or 30 days after acceptance)
  • Cancellation by April 4, 2025 (see below)

Vendor Booth Options:

All vendor booths include: up to two tables, two chairs, and WiFi connectivity. Electricity, which is priced separately, is available only in select locations and on a first-come/first-served basis.

  • 10′ x 10′ booth space: $100
  • 10′ x 20′ booth space: $200
  • 10′ x 30′ booth space: $300 (limited availability)
  • Electricity (limited availability): $25 (in addition to booth fee)

Cancellation:

  • Vendor space canceled prior to January 31, 2025, is subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Vendor space canceled February 1 – April 4, 2025, is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Vendor space canceled after April 4, 2025 will forfeit the full booth fee.
  • In the event a vendor cancels, MAFA reserves the right to use the space as it sees fit, including re-letting the space to another vendor.

On-Campus Housing and Meals:

Vendors may register for on-campus housing and meals for $200 per person. This includes a single or double dorm room, plus meals, for Thursday through Saturday nights. Early arrival on Wednesday night is available – let us know when you register. The Vendor Coordinator will send details and registration instructions to all selected vendors.

Vendors who want to take a workshop:

You will register for a workshop as a Commuting Workshop Student, and register separately for vendor housing if desired. See the main Registration page for more info HERE.
