MidAtlantic Fiber Association- Guild Membership Application/Renewal

Instructions to join and/or renew memberships online:

2024 guild renewals are due starting on October 1, 2024.
Guilds who have not renewed by October 31, 2024 will lose membership privileges.
New guilds may join at any time. If the form is closed, please email the Membership Chair at membership@mafafiber.org.
Please complete and submit the form below to renew your guild membership or join MAFA.
We recommend you use a computer rather than a tablet or phone (which don’t always play nice with the form.)
Be sure to complete all required fields noted with a Required note or the form will not submit.
You will be emailed a copy of your application for your records.
Electronic payment is preferred. You may pay online by PayPal, credit/debit, and Zelle, or by mailing a check.
- PayPal or credit/debit card are linked directly to the form.
- For Zelle, please send your payment to treasurer@mafafiber.org. Note your payment is for Dues and your guild name.
- Mailing instructions will be sent in your email confirmation. Please do NOT mail a copy of your application with your check.

Membership Term
Membership dues are valid for a period of two years. Renewals are due on October 1 of even-numbered years. New guild memberships are payable upon acceptance of membership. Guilds joining prior to the conference in odd-numbered years will pay full dues and renew the next even-numbered year. Guilds joining after the conference–or anytime in an even-numbered year–will pay full dues and their membership will extend to the following regular renewal date. (e.g. If your guild joins in late-2023/early-2024, your membership will renew in 2026.)

Please be sure to submit the online form for our database, even if paying by Zelle or mailing a check!

Guild dues are based on guild membership size. For 2024-2026, guild dues are:

25 or fewer members: $30
26-50 members: $60
51-100 members: $100
101-150 members: $150
151-200 members: $200
201 or more members: $250
